Recently, we had the incredible opportunity to renovate a magnificent building dating back to 1890, located on the bustling Main Street in the picturesque Lowcountry town of Walterboro, South Carolina.
Collaborating closely with our trusted subcontractors, we meticulously restored this architectural gem, breathing new life into its timeworn charm. The transformation has resulted in a delightful retail experience for both visitors and locals, featuring a nostalgic ice cream shop that invites everyone to indulge in sweet treats while soaking up the building's rich history. The revitalization enhanced both the aesthetic appeal and preservation of Longfield Stables' original design, ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors and equine enthusiasts alike. The upgraded facilities reflect the high standards of care and commitment for which Longfield Stables is renowned, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages a connection with nature and the equestrian world.

HISTORIC RENOVATION
NEW WINE BAR AND KITCHEN CONCEPT UNDERWAY IN SC LOWCOUNTRY
Another extensive renovation of a historic building is underway, transforming a former restaurant into a charming, upscale wine bar and kitchen. Located in Historic Downtown Walterboro, this project will honor the building's architectural heritage while introducing a modern culinary experience for the community.
The renovation includes a comprehensive restoration of the space, including the complete removal of existing structures to reveal the inherent beauty of the original brickwork and wooden beams. This approach aims to cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere. The new wine bar will offer an extensive selection of wines, craft beers, and delicious bites, all curated by a talented chef experienced in fine dining. Renovations are underway, with completion expected in early 2027.
